Desert Bloom Picnics offers high-styled picnic experiences in the stunning Arizona Sonoran Desert. Our meticulously curated picnics feature rugs, cushions, garland, brass candle holders, plates, glassware, linen napkins, flatware, and faux florals for a complete table-setting. An INSTAX Mini with film, bluetooth sound system, palm hand fans and a custom letter board quote of your choice. You can pop champagne to celebrate the bride. The charcuterie board includes, crackers, cheese, olives, seasonal fruit, nuts, and chocolate. The look is completed with our 8-foot teepee styled for those Insta-worthy photos. Our aesthetically pleasing decorations create an unforgettable ambiance for your event. With our services, you can enjoy a luxurious picnic surrounded by the natural beauty of the desert.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds due to the nature of our business. We are happy to offer a 80% credit for future use with a 72-hour written or verbal notice and a 50% credit with a 48-24 hours written or verbal notice. Same-day cancellations and no shows will be issued 0% (no) credit. If unforeseen weather/rain is factor and it looks like it may affect your reservation, we will contact you 48 hours in advance of your picnic to discuss your options. There is no cancellation fee for rescheduling your picnic 48 hours in advance due to weather/rain. If you decided to move forward with reservation upon discussing rain possibilities and it rains during your picnic we will not reschedule. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds due to the nature of our business.
